Description
- Pair of 1700th century Veneto style chairs with exposed backrest and padded seat
- Description: This splendid pair of 18th-century Venetian-style chairs exudes all the grace and refinement typical of aristocratic furnishings of the era. The soft, harmoniously curved lines lend the seats a natural elegance, while the quality of the wood and meticulous craftsmanship reveal a high level of craftsmanship. The front leg recalls the sinuous forms of the rocaille style, lending visual lightness and a delicate movement to the entire structure. The open backrest is one of the most prized elements: its curved shape embraces the back with elegance and lightness, while the hand-carved moulding stands out for its refined floral motifs. The seat, currently unupholstered, offers the option of choosing a fabric that fully enhances the 18th-century character of the piece. The state of preservation is excellent: the wood appears solid, intact, and with a beautiful patina that testifies to its age without compromising any detail.
