Refund and return policy

1) Right of withdrawal

Our company follows the general rules of refunding defective goods. In Italy it is always possible, within the terms of the law, to return goods that do not correspond to what was purchased. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility. Customers may cancel their purchase within 10 days of delivery without penalty, and the price paid minus shipping costs incurred by the company will be refunded. Return costs are the seller's responsibility. Damaged or modified items will not be accepted as returns. The courier's tracking number will be used to certify receipt. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging.

2) Consumer protection law

The art. 5 DL 185/1999 regarding distance selling, provides the buyer with the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, the communication must be communicated within 10 working days from receipt of the item to the address mobilimerlin@tiscali.it The goods will have to be returned and sealed by the buyer within 10 working days from the date of notification of withdrawal. Once the integrity of the goods has been verified, the seller will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs and sales commissions. In the event of a return, the actual shipping cost incurred by the seller will be retained from the refunded amount.

3)In case of disputes

If any disputes should arise regarding one or more transactions or between the company or any buyers, reference will be made to the court of (Verona) city where the company is based.

4) Shipping

From the receipt of payment it takes about 10 days for the preparation and packaging of the product. Large products may require more time. Each work is carefully packaged with the utmost attention, accompanied by the certificate of sale and documentation. We do not ship cash on delivery. We ship to all of Europe, the United States and the rest of the world. In Italy, delivery times are on average around 20 days. In European countries, delivery times are on average around 30 days, but they can be longer, as in the islands. The transport times once the shipment has been sent are always indicative, they depend on the carrier.

5)Shipping times

Our products are valuable, unique and unrepeatable products, they are works of artists or artisans. They are not industrial goods reproduced in thousands of copies. Therefore the shipping times of our goods are not fast, because our packaging must be accurate and studied differently for each product, and designed for a specific destination. The customer is important to us. Compatibly with safety we choose the fastest shippers, but we do not risk our products to be able to say we arrived a day early. 

6) Shipping and delivery costs

We make it as easy as possible for the buyer by contributing part of the shipping costs, for which We bear most of the transportation costs and the transportation price indicated by the customer is only a part of it. Delivery is always intended to be at ground floor. The goods can be collected on site free of charge. Remember to leave us your email and phone number because they are required by the carrier and are necessary to track you for delivery. From the tracking code it will be possible to trace the shipment's pathWe ask you to track the shipment, sometimes the package remains in storage due to impossibility of delivery.

7)Customs

For foreign shipments, customs duties are paid by the buyer. In the EU there are no duties. In non-EU countries, duties are established by the importing country, we provide all the necessary documentation to the forwarder.
